Shopping With The Vault
The Vault by J Bridal specializes in authentic designer wedding gowns, including boutique sample gowns, discontinued designer styles, and select new gowns.
Because many of our gowns are one-of-a-kind, inventory is limited and cannot be guaranteed until your purchase has been completed.
While every effort is made to maintain accurate inventory, our gowns may also be available through our boutique. If a gown becomes unavailable before your order is processed, your order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.

Product Information
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, measurements, photographs, and condition reports for every gown.
Please note that:
- Product colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.
- Measurements are provided as accurately as possible but may vary slightly.
- Designer sizing differs from standard street sizing. We recommend comparing your measurements to the measurements provided before purchasing.
Because bridal gowns are highly specialized garments, we encourage customers to contact us with any questions prior to placing an order.
Sample Gowns & Condition
Many of the gowns available through The Vault by J Bridal are boutique samples that have been tried on during bridal appointments.
As a result, sample gowns may exhibit minor cosmetic imperfections such as:
- Loose threads
- Minor marks
- Light discoloration
- Missing buttons or beads
- Minor wear from handling or try-ons
Every gown is professionally inspected before being listed for sale.
Any known imperfections that exceed normal sample wear will be clearly disclosed within the product description and accompanying photographs whenever possible.
By purchasing a sample gown, you acknowledge and accept the condition described in the product listing.
