Orders

Orders are generally processed within 2-5 business days.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations due to our expedited processing.

The Vault by J Bridal reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders containing pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory discrepancies.

Shipping

Domestic shipping within the United States is available for a rate of $100 (Economy), $150 (Standard), or $300 (Express).

International shipping is available for a fee to be determined upon checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated per gown.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Although we work diligently to process orders promptly, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control, and The Vault by J Bridal is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been shipped.
